The Discord is open — operators walk in. In #welcome, you write a short intro: who you sell, what you close, what you want. That intro unlocks the rest of the rooms. Real operators get in fast. Tourists don't pass the door.

Companies don't enter the Discord. They send us a brief — we match them with 2–3 vetted operators from inside the room and make the warm intro. Members vouch for members. That's the unlock.

Why I'm building this from Medellín.
I'm Josse. I've spent the last five years in sales — automotive, AI, SaaS, marketing. I moved to Medellín because the high-ticket sales space was only booming in US timezones and in the US, and basically nowhere in Europe.
Every serious community I joined was American. Every "remote closer" job posting was American. That bothered me. Europe has just as many good operators — we're just scattered across LinkedIn, working in silos, with no real room to talk shop.
The US has a hundred sales communities built around their market — their comp, their timezones, their playbooks. Europe doesn't have one yet. So we're still doing it the old way: scrolling job boards to find a role, while companies post the same vacancy across five platforms and get 400 applicants who can't sell.
That's broken. This room is the fix — European sales reps in one Discord, linked directly to European companies that are actually hiring. Both ways. No LinkedIn lottery. No recruiter middlemen.
